Do I need to be experienced in yoga to join?

Not at all. The retreat is open to all levels of experience.

Classes on the retreat are generally moderate, with beginner and intermediate options offered, and plenty of encouragement to move at your own pace.

Is it okay to come alone?

Absolutely. Lots of guests come themselves.

Coming alone is often where the magic happens. You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space, and many women leave forming deep connections and lasting friendships.

I’m feeling nervous, I’ve never done anything like this before…

That’s completely normal. Many women arrive feeling unsure or apprehensive, and leave feeling grounded, supported and glad they trusted themselves.

You’ll be gently guided throughout the weekend, with plenty of space to opt in or out of activities. There is no pressure to share, perform or be anything other than yourself.

We will also meet prior to the retreat online so we can get to know each other.

What should I bring?

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a welcome email with a full packing list.

In general, I recommend comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, warm layers, outdoor footwear, swimwear if you’d like to use the hot tub or go wild swimming, and anything that helps you feel cosy and at home.

What if I have specific dietary requirements?

All meals are vegetarian.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How do I get there?

Full travel details and directions will be shared after booking.

The retreat is centrally located in Stirling with access to bus & train networks. Car shares may be available with other participants. Transport is not included in the retreat price, but can be arranged for an additional cost. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss options.
