Hi, I’m Natasha,
My work supporting women through hormonal transitions isn’t something I only studied, it’s something I’ve lived.
In my mid-thirties, I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency and began experiencing perimenopause symptoms far earlier than I ever expected.
It was confusing, emotional and at times deeply challenging to navigate, and like many women, I tried to fix and control my body before realising this transition was asking something different of me.
It was an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, and build a kinder, more trusting relationship with myself.
Through Yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork and inner mindset work, I began creating a way of living rooted in self-trust and acceptance rather than pressure and control.
And what I realised is this:
The story around the journey of perimenopause and beyond menopause needs to change. It isn't something to endure or survive.
Instead it is a powerful awakening. A time where women reconnect with their needs, their voice, their wisdom and their freedom.
This is the work I guide women through using soulful, holistic & embodied practices for modern life, supporting women not just to cope, but to feel empowered in this transition.

All sessions are recorded & you have 1 years access so you can watch the replays in your own time.

Absolutely. This programme complements medical support. Many women combine HRT with holistic lifestyle, nervous system and emotional support to feel more balanced overall.
This programme is designed to support your energy, not drain it. Sessions help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself rather than pushing or adding pressure.
There is never pressure to share. Some women speak often, others prefer to listen and reflect quietly. Both are completely welcome.
An Ayurvedic cleanse is a gentle reset using simple, nourishing foods and supportive daily practices to give your digestion and body a rest.
It helps support gut & liver health, energy and hormonal balance, and is designed to feel nurturing rather than restrictive. You’re always encouraged to adapt it to suit your own needs.
No. The cleanse is an optional part of the journey, and you can choose the programme option that feels right for you.
