I'm a Trauma Sensitive Women’s Holistic Health & Wellbeing Coach & Mentor. My offerings incorporate the ancient wisdom practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and modern mindset coaching to support deep, soul-level healing and transformation.
I have over 13 years of health & social care experience, including a degree in social work, and 43 years of lived experience.
I’ve walked the path of childhood trauma, chronic illness, alcohol misuse, premature menopause at 34, and a deep disconnection from myself amongst other challenges. Believe me when I say I know what it means to feel broken and not enough.
My personal journey isn’t just part of my story. It’s the foundation of everything I do.
For years I searched outside myself for acceptance. I pushed, performed, and tried to hold it all together, all while feeling like lost inside unsure of my identity and purpose.
In my late twenties, that search led me to study social care, eventually completing a degree in Social Work. Supporting others to live to their full potential felt like a step in the right direction, but deep down, I knew something was still missing.
I’d always dreamed of traveling the world, so in 2016, after finishing my degree, I packed a bag and bought a one-way ticket. What started as an adventure turned into a profound journey of self-discovery.
It was during this period of my life I discovered the profound healing benefits of yoga and it changed everything.
Immersing myself in cultures renowned for yoga—Nepal, India, Thailand, and Bali I encountered practices that began to transform me from the inside out.
For the first time in my life, I felt at peace and truly present in my body, something I’d unconsciously avoided for years. I realised I had been living in survival mode.
Yoga became more than a movement practice. It helped me slow down and opened the door to a deeper self-awareness, emotional release and an embodied understanding of what it meant to feel safe in my own skin.
I stopped running away from myself. I felt my pain with honesty and compassion, reconnected to my body and to the version of myself I didn’t yet know.
Inspired by this transformation, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2018.

Around the same time, I began learning about Ayurveda, an ancient system of healing that brought a new found love for my body and it's innate ability to heal itself. With its emphasis on natural and holistic well-being, Ayurveda helped me connect with my authentic self and showed me that true healing happens when we create harmony in all areas of our life.
I delved into the deeper layers of my own trauma. This meant facing long-buried pain, shame, guilt, anxiety, my lack of confidence and low self-worth, as well as all the heavy emotions I had masked for years with alcohol and a perceived hardened exterior.
Ayurveda and Yoga played a key role in finding balance amidst my chaotic lifestyle.
In 2021, another blow came when I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), after years of seeking answers around my irregular menstrual cycle. Combined with my experience of living with Lupus, this chapter of my life brought intense physical, emotional, and mental challenges as I dealt with the grief of not being able to have children. But instead of letting these conditions define me, I turned inward, and delved deeper into the path of holistic healing and spiritual growth.

Through years of self-study and embodying Yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, and holistic healing techniques I bring together ancient wisdom and modern science in a tailored blend of holistic practices to support you to create lasting change from the inside out and live the life you truly deserve.
My passion lies in supporting women through menstrual, reproductive, peri and post-menopausal challenges, to reconnect to their authentic self, shift unhelpful patterns and beliefs, reclaim their health, step into their feminine power and live with clarity, confidence and intention.
My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental and goes beyond surface-level symptom management fixes. Working with me is a process of remembering your wholeness and the truth that you are not broken, just disconnected from the wisdom that’s already within you.
I will support you to get to the root of physical, mental, emotional and energetic imbalances so you can feel happier, healthier, energised and more fulfilled.
I believe we all hold the capacity to heal ourselves. Sometimes we just need the right space, tools, guidance and self-belief to begin.
