Yoga is an ancient practice that extends far beyond the physical postures most of us know of.
Through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, relaxation, and yogic philosophy, we cultivate greater awareness of ourselves and our connection to the world around us.
Pilates complements this by developing strength, stability, posture, mobility, and body awareness, helping you move with greater confidence and ease in everyday life.

My yoga journey began in 2016 when I decided to leave my life behind and travel the world. What started as an adventure quickly became a life-changing journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.
During my travels, I was fortunate to study and practice yoga with experienced teachers in Nepal, India, Thailand, and Bali. Although I had practiced yoga on and off for years, I had always viewed it simply as a way to stretch and improve my flexibility after going to the gym.
That perspective changed completely.
Through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I experienced profound shifts in both my physical and emotional wellbeing.
There wasn't one defining moment that changed everything. Instead, the transformation happened gradually.
What I remember most is the deep sense of peace I found as I learned to be present in my body, something I had unknowingly avoided for much of my life.
These experiences inspired me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2018 and ignited a passion for sharing these practices with others.
My teaching style...
I have completed over 750+ hours of training including Yin & Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness for Addictions, Yoga and Mindfulness for Autism & ADHD, Yoga for Women's Health, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Afrikan Yoga, Tantric Meditation, and Pilates.
I am also a qualified Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and continue to deepen my studies in movement & mindful practices.
I genuinely love learning, but even more importantly, I believe in living these teachings.
Yoga is far more than movement; it is a way of relating to ourselves and the world around us.
The ancient wisdom of yoga offers a path back to authenticity, balance, and wholehearted living, and I strive to embody these principles in my own life every day.
While I value discipline and personal growth, I also believe wellbeing should bring joy.
My classes are warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth, creating a supportive space where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of age, ability, or experience.
My teaching is a fusion of various styles of Yoga alongside breathwork, meditation, relaxation, philosophy.
Every class is invitational, encouraging you to move in a way that honours your own body rather than striving for perfection.
My intention is to help you reconnect with yourself through embodied movement, conscious breath, and mindful awareness, so you can reduce stress, restore balance, and cultivate greater strength, resilience, and ease both on and off the mat.
